Frequently asked questions
A “bot hour” is 60 minutes of bot runtime in a Zoom room. If you run bots in multiple rooms at the same time, usage accrues per room/bot.
Usage is calculated per bot. If you have 5 rooms running for 1 hour, that counts as 5 bot hours.
Yes, you can upgrade anytime. When you upgrade, your year resets (new annual cycle starts), and your new plan’s included hours are added to your remaining available hours. Example: If you have 50 hours left and upgrade to Producer (500 hours), you will have 550 hours available.
We track overage dollars and only charge once the overage reaches $50. If you end your year with less than $50 in overage, it is charged at renewal.
